- Cook pasta according to package directions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, brown ground beef over medium-high heat. Break up with a fork. Set aside.
- Melt butter in the same skillet over low heat. Add minced garlic and cook for 1 minute, stirring constantly.
- Pour in beef broth and bring to a simmer. Add heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, salt, pepper, and paprika. Stir until Parmesan is melted and sauce has slightly thickened.
- Add cooked pasta and beef to the sauce. Toss gently to coat.
- Serve immediately. Garnish with fresh parsley, if desired.
Notes
Feel free to customize your recipe! Add mushrooms, spinach, or cherry tomatoes for extra flavor. For a spicier version, add a pinch of Espelette pepper. Chicken can be substituted for beef.
